What We Offer

Strong Pay Range: $75,000 – $200,000 depending on skills and results

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading jobsites from mobilization through completion

Coordinating trades, schedules, deliveries, and pickups

Keeping safety, quality, and organization high at all times

Logging progress with daily updates, photos, and reports

Handling inspections and making sure every detail meets code
What We’re Looking For

5-10 years in construction
-
Proven leadership — you can keep a crew motivated

Calm problem-solver under pressure and deadlines

Organized and dependable, with an eye for detail

Ability to read and execute plans and schedules with precision

Clean driving record and reliable truck/van

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus

Familiar with Bay Area codes and permitting a plus
